Business License and Permits

Thank you for choosing to do business in the City of Lookout Mountain, Georgia!

The City of Lookout Mountain, GA requires the following licenses to conduct business within the City:

• Privilege License (General Business)
• Home Sharing Permit
• Alcoholic Beverage (Beer, Wine, and/or Liquor) License 

Applications may be picked up at our office Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Permits are issued at City Hall for amplified sound and yard sales.  The City allows one yard sale per year.  Printable forms are available below. These may be brought into City Hall during normal business hours. Residents also have the option to fax or email the permit applications.
