Sewer Advisory Board

Purpose

The purpose of the board will be to act, solely, as an advisory board to the mayor and city council on matters relating to the city’s sewer system, including budgeting, rates, maintenance, short-term and long-term planning.

Appointment

The Sewer Advisory Board is composed of seven members. One member shall be the Sewer Superintendent, one member shall be affiliated with Covenant College, one member shall be affiliated with the Brow Wood Development, and four members appointed by The Council that must reside in the City. Appointments will be in staggered four-year terms. 

Meetings

The Sewer Board meets as deemed necessary.  Notice of meetings are posted to the website on the City Calendar.
