The Municipal Planning Commission in their called meeting on Feb.5, 2009 concluded their indepth work on the PUD ordinance by recommending it to the City Council for approval with their suggested changes.
The next step in the process will be for the City Council to take up the ordinance which will include a public hearing. The date of the public hearing will be set at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting Feb. 19th.
