PRESIDING: Thomas G. Gifford, Mayor
PRESENT: Council Members David Bennett, David Fussell, Sandy Gothard, City Attorney Bill Pickering, Police Chief Wallace Taylor, Judge Richard Taliaferro and City Clerk Dana Driver.
ABSENT: Catherine Kelley, Dennis Eischeid
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Gifford called the meeting of the City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 1214 Lula Lake Road, Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
OATH OF OFFICE: Judge Richard Taliaferro delivered the swearing in ceremony for the City’s newly elected Councilman, Blair Ramey, and Mayor Elect Glascock, a copy of which is attached to these minutes.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
